Booking your wedding
Once you've completed my contact form, you will receive a reply from me including pricing, details, and an invite to talk more about your day (via YOUR preferred communication- email, Facetime, over a cup of coffee, you name it.)
After the opportunity to get to know one another and learning all of your photography needs, I will create a custom proposal for your desired services. The proposal will include your contract and invoice. Once you've signed the contract and completed the initial retainer fee payment, your wedding day is officially booked with Felicia Anderson Photography!
This means your date is reserved on my calendar and we can start planning your engagement session, wedding day timeline, and more!
Planning for your dream day
One of the best perks of booking your wedding day with Felicia Anderson Photography is that I do SO much planning for you! As soon as you are officially booked, you will receive the Wedding Experience Guide. Curated to make the photography part of your wedding experience fun and stress-free. Get dozens of location recommendations for your engagement session, a style quiz that chooses engagement session wardrobe options tailored to your wants and needs, timeline assistance and important tips for your wedding day, and more!
Your engagement session can be at any time, place or location you want. The most important thing is that it reflects YOU and your love story. You don't need experience or the ability to "model" to have the session of your dreams! I'm open to whatever inspo you've gathered, but trust that the photos we create together will make you look and feel like you're in a Nicholas Sparks movie.
About a month before your wedding date, we will plan a time to chat and go over final details like the timeline, special planned moments, family portraits, etc. However, my inbox is always open to you throughout the entire process!
THE BIG DAY
The day is finally here- RELAX. All of your hard work and months of planning have paid off. Everything is in order, your timeline is seamless, now all that's left to do is GET MARRIED TO THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE!
I will be by your side all day, not only capturing all of the details, essentials, and candid memories, but also assisting you in any way I can. On your wedding day, I will be your photographer, hype woman, seamstress, a friend to hold your dress and fix your running makeup- ANYTHING you need!
I am SO excited to be capturing your memories, I typically rush home and begin editing right away so I can share a big "sneak peek" within 72 hours of your wedding.
Your wedding gallery
8-12 weeks after your wedding day, you can expect an email from me containing your wedding gallery!
This gallery will include all of the images from your day, fully retouched in high resolution. You can download straight to your phone or computer and begin sharing and printing your photos! I recommend purchasing prints and products directly from your gallery to ensure quality.
